ACTIVE
— CYCLING
A complete and demanding cycling workout with various levels of intensity, adapted to your physique condition.*
EXPRESS
— Cycling
A group class that uses a stationary bike as the main equipment, it consists of cardiovascular and resistance training, with the rhythm of the music, creating a fun environment aimed at physical and emotional well-being.*

Boxing

The circuit is composed for different stations where you can develop your skills as a boxer, increasing strength, resistance, flexibility, speed, agility, and coordination.

Cross
— Fitness
This class will optimize your physical condition through functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. Benefits to increase strength, muscle mass and reduce fat mass.


Beach
—Bootcamp
High-intensity, military-style training on the beach that combines bodyweight exercises with interval training. This training builds and develops various physical abilities, such as strength, speed, cardio-respiratory condition, motor coordination, flexibility and endurance.

Promotes flexibility and body awareness training, working on stretching muscles and correcting daily postures for a better quality of life.

You don’t need to be a dancer to have a dancer’s body! This class focuses on toning the whole body, targeting common problem areas for women. The choreography is easy to follow, which will improve your coordination, balance and posture.*

Improve your stability and motor control with balance exercises inspired by ancient Tai-Chi techniques. We use synchronisation of movement, music, emotions and visualisation to achieve full concentration and an immersive fitness experience that will cleanse stress and recentre your mind.*

Near the ACTIVE Studio, outdoors in full contact with nature, was born the new circuit training, ACTIVE Bootcamp. A circuit composed of obstacles and inspired by military training techniques with cardio exercises, agility and strength.
