At Pine Cliffs Resort we have two ACTIVE Health Clubs. Inside Pine Cliffs Hotel, in a privileged area of the resort,  you will find one of them, open every day. The other one is located at Pine Cliffs Residences, opening on high season.

Both are equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, including treadmills and elliptical machines, and water aerobics and personal trainer are available.

The two gymnasiums have a sauna and steam room, and the one at the Hotel has also a jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool – ideal for laps and other water exercises. In addition to these options, group classes outdoors are also available.

The minimum age requirement for access to the gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi is 16 years old.

   Pine Cliffs Hotel – 07:00am to 08:00pm

   Pine Cliffs Residences – 09:00am to 06:00pm

From 6 months to 80 years old, from aquatic adaptation classes to pre-competition, you can develop your skills in the aquatic environment with qualified instructors.

The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.


The ACTIVE Studio, located in the center of our resort, presents a set of classes and training plans, to practice individually or in groups. With an innovative approach to fitness and well being, the most recent space at Pine Cliffs Resort complements the current ACTIVE Health Club, increasing the modalities and equipment offered, like the Pilates Reformer.

— Bootcamp

Near the ACTIVE Studio, outdoors in full contact with nature, was born the new circuit training, ACTIVE Bootcamp. A circuit composed of obstacles and inspired by military training techniques with cardio exercises, agility and strength.
